Yes! Did it!
I just came back from jogging.
I didn't really want to go, since I knew it'd be a bit cold, even though it was past 8am. When I first started, I could feel the cold air was affecting my breathing. Even before I reached the cafeteria I was already struggling breath-wise.
But I told myself to keep going, and the only reason for stopping would be my knee. I managed to keep going, and in the second half of it I was breathing loudly, looking like a blow fish. I eventually finished, and was so proud that I did it, but as soon as I sat down at my usual rest place, the pain came rushing to my knee.
It was so painful that I had to stop walking at one stage as I made my way out of the park. But then closer towards home the pain seemed to dissipate.
Thus for the City2Surf there will only be one question: can my knee hold up?
